Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 3 business days prior will not receive a refund. Please note members will not be able to swap their registration for events with a non-member.

If you are unable to attend an event after registering, your registration may be donated or transferred to another individual. In alignment with AFP-GPC’s IDEA principles, we will prioritize transferring registration to a fundraiser from an underrepresented or historically marginalized community and/or our Emerging Leaders cohort whenever possible. Please notify [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event; if less notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate the transfer.

AFP-GPC is seeking proposals for our upcoming 2026 Calendar of Educational Sessions. Please complete the online RFP form to submit your proposal. Submissions are evaluated quarterly.

Education programs, conferences, networking, volunteer involvement and professional advancement are among the many benefits you will receive from involvement with AFP – Greater Philadelphia Chapter

RSM Suburbs & WSFS Bank Place

Join fellow fundraisers for a discussion about how economic shifts are affecting donors, events, and giving. We will reflect on some key points from last month's Annual Meeting. This is a space to compare notes, ask questions, and learn from each other’s experiences.

We are offering two in-person locations:

  • WSFS Bank Place, Mark Turner Innovation Center: 1818 Market Street, 22nd Floor, Philadelphia, PA, 19103
  • RSM (Suburbs): 518 Township Line Rd, Suite 300, Blue Bell, PA, 19422

*Registration is required for both locations; walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

When registering, please consider making a gift to AFP-GPC’s Scholarship Fund. Your support helps provide access to vital learning, networking, and mentorship opportunities for those who may not otherwise be able to participate—emerging professionals, small-shop fundraisers, students, and others with limited financial resources. All contributions directly support our commitment to IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access). Scholarships are awarded through programs like the IDEA Fellowship, monthly and Signature Event registrations, Emerging Leaders, and general professional development assistance. Together, we can build a more inclusive and empowered fundraising community.
