Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 3 business days prior will not receive a refund. Please note members will not be able to swap their registration for events with a non-member.
If you are unable to attend an event after registering, your registration may be donated or transferred to another individual. In alignment with AFP-GPC’s IDEA principles, we will prioritize transferring registration to a fundraiser from an underrepresented or historically marginalized community and/or our Emerging Leaders cohort whenever possible. Please notify [email protected] at least 48 hours before the event; if less notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate the transfer.
AFP-GPC is seeking proposals for our upcoming 2026 Calendar of Educational Sessions. Please complete the online RFP form to submit your proposal. Submissions are evaluated quarterly.

Have you ever attended a conference and thought, I'd like to be a presenter one day, but I don't know where to start, or, have you presented before and would love to learn how to take your presentation to the next level? If you answered yes to either one of those questions, this is the session for you!
This engaging session will fill you with the confidence you need to create and deliver an outstanding session. In it, we will discuss everything from choosing a catchy title, writing an RFP that will make it to the top of the selection committees list, creating an intriguing bio, tips on how to engage your audience, creating a PowerPoint that people can read, delivering your content with confidence, and more!

Speaker:
Mark Chilutti, CFRE, Magee Rehab Hospital Foundation-Jefferson Health
Mark Chilutti, CFRE has raised over $50 million to improve the quality of life of individuals with disabilities during his 20+ year career at Magee Rehab Hospital in Philadelphia. His specialties are major and planned giving, and finding creative ways to help donors make an impact at this small, 83 bed hospital.
He became a CFRE in 2006 and has recertified every 3 years since then. Mark is a distinguished public speaker, and a frequent presenter for his AFP Chapter, AFP ICON, and AFP Global webinars. He became an Eagle Scout at the age of 14 and is still a top volunteer on all levels with the Boy Scouts of America. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Cradle of Liberty Council. He is a former wheelchair tennis player who has lived with a spinal cord injury for 27 years after a single bullet changed his life.
Full participation in "So, You Want to Be a GREAT Presenter? : Create and Deliver Outstanding Presentations!" is applicable for 1.25 points in Category 1.B -Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
